Our philosophy is simple, we make fresh fish served straight up on some greens with our crunchy creamy slaw and tartar slaw Or you can have them as a sandwich on a brioche bun with tartar spread and tomato topped with fresh greens and creamy slaw. You can have them plain or choose from different flavors that we offer.
Most of our fishes are wild caught IQFs except Tilapia which is farm raised, to make sure we keep on track with consistent quality. By default we cook our fish in neutral flavored canola oil with a lite dredge of our flour blend or you can ask to have it battered fried.
For sides we offer nice crunchy tater tots in two forms, lite southern seasoned and super cheesy fully loaded (topped with jalapenos, scallions and bacon). We also have battered fried fish bites, made with assorted fishes. We can have them made with fish of your choice, but then we will have to charge you the price of that fillet.
Our Mac and fish is cheesy, stringy soaked in flavors of sea with good chunks of assorted fishes. Again, we can have them made with fish of your choice, but then we will have to charge you the price of that fillet. We will keep adding more options on the menu as we grow further.
